Are you a dynamic and results-driven business development professional with a passion for design and architecture? Join our client's team as a Benelux Business Development Executive and take the lead in expanding their footprint in the high-end market. You will play a crucial role in educating architects and designers about our cutting-edge outdoor heating solutions, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales through strategic engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Proactively reach out to architects and designers (A&D) in the high-end sector. Provide education and design support, positioning our products as the top choice.

  • In-Market Visits: Plan and conduct visits to A&D practices to introduce and demonstrate their products. Build and maintain a targeted database for ongoing sales nurturing.

  • Sales Development: Identify and capture high-end project plans, drive sales growth and market penetration.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Business Development Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate value propositions and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Persuasive Solution Seller: Adept at understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Strong Planner: Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Independent Operator: Capable of working autonomously, managing time and resources to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Business Development Manager (BDM) role, with a proven track record of cold calling and achieving sales targets.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch (C1-C2-level) is a MUST. French is a strong plus (B2-C2).
  • Open to travel and having a driver's license.

You have to have a valid work visa and live in South of the Netherlands or Belgium.
