Team Overview:
The Brand Media team focuses on enhancing brand visibility and driving audience engagement through strategic media planning, data-driven insights, and partnerships. Key priorities include:
- Audience Insights: Conducting in-depth research to understand target audience preferences and behaviors.
- Technology & Data: Utilizing AI, analytics tools, and emerging media technologies to optimize campaigns and measure impact.
- Collaboration: Aligning with Marketing, E-commerce, and CRM teams to ensure consistency across consumer touch points.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusting strategies to remain effective in a dynamic market environment.
Position Overview:
The Brand Media Specialist will oversee media buying and activation to support business growth across Europe.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the setup, execution, performance, and optimization of campaigns on Paid Social and Display platforms.
- Designing effective audience targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
- Evaluating new media opportunities and managing budgets to ensure campaigns meet ROI targets.
- Contributing to strategic projects that strengthen brand-consumer connections.
- Staying informed about emerging trends and recommending innovative campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in digital media buying/planning with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Skills: Budget management, creative trafficking, and familiarity with product feed management tools like Smartly.io.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Analytics, measurement studies, and attribution models.
- Background: Experience in E-commerce or a digital agency is preferred.
- Capabilities: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
