Office & Facility Manager

As Office & Facility Manager, you shall mainly be responsible for:

  • Building & maintenance - Be involved in office layout planning and maintain IT infrastructure (BHV / EHBO)
  • Hospitality - Event planning, organize meetings and supervise the restaurant if need be
  • Be in charge of all travel arrangements
  • Procurement - Relationship with vendors, maintain office supplies inventory, manage the key suppliers list and contract database
  • IT & Communication Support - Sourcing and ordering of the authorized hardware, Maintaining and updating all hardware varying from laptops to corporate phones and printers
  • Fulfill the role of administrators in Google drive for the share drive
  • Maintaining WhatsApp groups, safeguard access joiners and leavers in combination with the mailbox
  • Key contact in case of company- or lease cars and maintain the company car register
  • Manage the PA service team
  • Think along with processes and introduce new approaches where necessary

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the Retail or E-commerce sector is an advantage
  • BA or MSc degree office management, project management, hospitality, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Highly detailed and precise oriented
  • Desire to work in a challenging international environment
  • Experience with working within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders across different functions
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, the German and French language skills are considered a plus
  • Available on short notice (Star is in October)
  • 40 hours a week
