Receptionist (7-32 hours)

As a receptionist you receive guests in a friendly way so that every guest feels at home. You are the point of contact, actively think along and ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail. You can easily switch between the different tasks within a homely and professional atmosphere.
What makes this function so much fun is the extra guest service you provide such as; serving a nice cup of coffee or tea and answering telephone questions and e-mails. You also operate the intercom of the parking garage, reserve the meeting rooms, process and manage the mail and order office supplies. Thanks to your up-to-date knowledge about the possibilities at the location, you know how to answer all questions from visitors, employees and suppliers. Every day at this location is different! Requirements:
- Experience in excellent service provision (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus);
- A representative appearance as a hostess/host;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A proactive working attitude, thinking in solutions.

You live in or around Amsterdam;

Are willing to travel to work by public transport;
- Immediately Monday, Wednesday, Friday during office hours;
