Office Coordinator

*Coordinate all building works,refurbishments,and decorations
*Arrange and coordinate the organization of Company events
*Monitor supplier accounts
*Assist in implementing cost effectiveness
*Keep track of the inventories
*Ordering and monitoring supplies, including stationery and printer consumables
*Coordinate the Studio seating plans
*Arrange gifts on behalf of Design Bridge
*Greet and receive visitors,vendors, and new hires
*Arrange couriers,taxis,and rental car bookings
*Organize travel and hotel reservations
*Monitor the booking of internal and external meeting rooms
Take responsabilty of catering requirements for client or internal meetings
*Arrange flowers and the weekly styling of the flowers in the social areas

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is able to communicate in English and Dutch

The ideal person will be approachable with excellent attention to detail, who is always willing to go that extra mile.
We have a preference for a full-time candidate however, 4-day week is negotiable.
