  • Greet and welcome visitors, determine their needs and direct them accordingly.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings;
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking when necessary;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations;
  • Manage petty cash and expenses;
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Dutch;

Salary Benefits:

The salary for this position is between €2500 and €3100, depending on experience and qualifications.
