Our client, a leading bicycle manufacturer is expanding their European presence and is looking to add 2 account coordinators to the Netherlands team.

ABOUT THE JOB:


  • Act as the primary representative for your customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact.

  • Build and sustain business relationships with your B2B customer base, transforming these connections into strong, long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, finance, shipping locations, and international stakeholders, to provide the best possible service to our customers.

  • Oversee order fulfilment from receipt to shipment, including order entry, scheduling, and confirmation.

  • Monitor orders and shipments in close coordination with our production locations in Asia, the USA, and Europe.

  • Follow up on and resolve inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products, and services, ensuring consistent fulfilment of customer requirements.

  • Partner with the Sales team to on-board new customers and maintain accurate customer data.

  • Work closely with Inside Sales team members, sharing information and best practices to support each other in achieving team goals.

  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.


WHO YOU ARE:


  • MBO+/HBO education

  • Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in German and /or French

  • Great communication and intercultural skills

  • Self-starter, Proactive & an independent thinker

  • International working experience a plus

  • Experience with SAP/CRM systems is an advantage
