Client Success Manager (SaaS)

You will be a part of an international SaaS company using AI to bridge language gaps for global businesses with the office in the city center Amsterdam.what we offer

• Between 3800 to 4200€ a month
• With extra commission on top of the base salary
• 6 months contract with the possibility to get perm
• Hybrid working, 2 days home, 3 days in the office
• Complete reimbursement for public transport
• 50€ a month in phone allowence

who are you
For the role as a Client Success manager we are looking for someone who:

• A tech-savvy professional with a passion for SaaS and PaaS solutions (SaaS experience is a must)
• Proven experience in conducting compelling product demos
• Working experience as a Client Success Manager or similar
• Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish or German being a plus

what will you do
For the role as a Client Success Manager you will be:

• Driving new business development in the EMEA region.
• Manage the initial client onboarding process.
• Provide early-stage support to ensure seamless integration and high client satisfaction.
