As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our client’s presence in Germany. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind the commercial entry into Germany, setting the foundation for long-term success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strategic sales plan to launch operations in the German market.
  • Implementing sales initiatives, defining quarterly action plans, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Proactively identifying and approaching potential clients via LinkedIn, calls, emails, events, or your network.
  • Conducting prospect meetings both online and in person across Germany.
  • Securing multi-year contracts for installations, helping clients reduce food waste sustainably.

What makes you the perfect fit?

  • Proven expertise: 8+ years of experience in new business sales, with a strong focus on acquisition.
  • SaaS experience: A track record of success in selling SaaS solutions is essential.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality or food service industry is a big plus.
  • Language skills: Fluent in German, with professional-level proficiency in English. Bonus points if you speak additional languages!
  • Self-starter mindset: You’re independent, proactive, and thrive on driving results.
  • Passion for impact: You’re excited to work with a product that makes a real difference in the world.

What’s on offer?

  • Competitive salary: €6,000–€7,000 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance).
