What You’ll DoAs a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing a staffing software to German-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to new prospects via platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conducting engaging demos to showcase the value of the software.
- Preparing and sending tailored offers to potential clients.
- Following up on offers to close deals and secure new partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with Consultants, who will onboard new clients and ensure a seamless handover.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential. Knowledge of additional EU languages, particularly German-French combinations, is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Experience: Sales experience in a B2B environment is preferred, but we’re open to ambitious self-starters eager to make an impact. Experience within recruitment is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to independently source prospects and build lasting client relationships.
