Inside Sales Representative - French Speaking - Rotterdam

Our client is an international company in the Rotterdam area.


Responsibilities/Tasks


  • Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and warm leads to introduce new products, services, and solutions.

  • Identify customer needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Qualify and nurture leads by engaging in meaningful conversations to determine potential sales opportunities.

  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and customer referrals.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

  • Provide clients with relevant information and handle inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements


  • Native or near-native fluency in French (both written and spoken).

  • Proficient in English for communication within the team.

  • Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Experience using CRM software is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Previous experience in outbound calling or lead generation is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
