Our client is an international company in the Rotterdam area.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and warm leads to introduce new products, services, and solutions.
- Identify customer needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Qualify and nurture leads by engaging in meaningful conversations to determine potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and customer referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with relevant information and handle inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English for communication within the team.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or lead generation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
