Supply Chain Specialist | English

As a Supply Chain Specialist for the CEMEA region, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence to serve customers effectively. Leveraging your expertise in account management and supply chain operations, you will ensure efficient processes, achieve financial and operational targets, and contribute to mutually profitable growth within the organization.

• Manage transactional and executional activities using relevant systems, tools, and reports to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Deliver on operational KPIs focusing on Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.
• Act as the key Supply Chain contact for internal and external stakeholders for assigned accounts and channels.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Transportation teams to optimize service models and support profitable growth with partners.
• Actively contribute to integrated account teams to operationalize commercially and financially aligned plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of seasonal activities, including pre-, in-, and post-season tasks such as order entry, shipping, delivery, and inventory management.
• Represent the Supply Chain function in cross-functional teams, supporting a balanced marketplace and addressing risks and opportunities related to inventory management.
• Identify and lead small-scale improvement initiatives with an innovative and solutions-driven approach, applying project management tools and skills.
• Support transformational initiatives as a change agent, offering hands-on contributions and actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Salary Benefits:
