Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to manage the flow of goods across Europe and support their expanding operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand forecasting, stock coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring seamless customer order management. This role involves close collaboration with both European and global teams to drive efficiency and meet the demands of a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the European supply chain, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Manage customer orders end-to-end, delivering exceptional service throughout the process.
  • Monitor inventory, address stock adjustments, and lead cycle counts.
  • Take ownership of demand forecasting for the region, collaborating with global teams.
  • Analyze market trends and customer demand patterns to refine planning.
  • Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to identify risks and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate special projects, including co-packing, relabeling, and packaging initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support operational goals.

Requirements:

In this position, it’s important that you have strong organizational and time management skills, due to the amount of autonomy in this role. You should be excellent at relationship building, and have a technical understanding of supply chain processes. Next to this, my client is looking for someone who is resourceful and happy to learn new things! Here are some concrete requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar, end-to-end supply chain role.
  • FMCG experience is preferred.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Living close to Utrecht and willing to commute to the office (although a hybrid model is possible).
