Supply Chain Manager Specialist

- Execute system transactions related to contract management, coverage assessments, and order book transactions to ensure demand-supply alignment, in partnership with cross-functional teams. You’ll also create visibility into inventory flow and availability.
- Contribute to seasonal reviews, ensuring high-quality information flow to maintain transparency and visibility across the supply chain. You’ll make tradeoff recommendations in alignment with cross-functional supply chain and seasonal execution teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise in scenario planning and preparation for key retail moments.
- Act as a change agent, helping to transform the organization and championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead small improvement projects, applying project management tools and skills to define and follow-up on actions. You’ll also participate in larger, cross-functional projects, offering your expertise in contract management.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documents for supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a supply chain, allocation, planning, or back-of-house leadership role within a retail or consumer goods business, with a strong passion for operations.
- Omnichannel Retail Mindset: Experience with omnichannel retail operations and understanding supply chain management.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: A strong understanding of supply chain planning and operations.
- Orderbook Management & Financial Acumen: Knowledge in managing the order book and understanding financial implications in supply chain operations.
- Analytical & Scenario Planning: Experience in managing KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and performing deep-dive analysis using tools like Excel and Tableau. You should also possess analytical and entrepreneurial skills that support a result-driven approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Excel, with the ability to quickly pick up new systems. Experience with SAP and Tableau is preferred.
Salary Benefits:
This concerns a temporary role, for 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.
