Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large international program, aligning vision and strategy with business objectives and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management expertise to deliver successful outcomes across cross-functional and regional teams.

• Develop and communicate the program’s vision, strategy, and deliverables.
• Ensure the program aligns with overall business strategies and budgetary requirements.
• Own the program’s business case and maintain effective cross-functional and regional coordination.
• Take ultimate responsibility for achieving program objectives within financial and resource constraints.
• Manage project dependencies and assemble a capable program team.
• Oversee vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications to ensure effective collaboration.
• Ensure appropriate Project Management staffing for all projects within the program.
• Assist in defining project objectives and scope while ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Act as a primary escalation point for project issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
• Lead and facilitate program steering committee meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering global or multi-regional projects.
• Proficiency in formal project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment.

Salary Benefits:
