- Develop detailed franchise plans based on revenue, inventory, and profitability goals for your assigned areas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create strategies that align with product and commercial objectives.
- Monitor sales and inventory performance, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the season.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Assess franchise health by analyzing demand, product lifecycle, and market trends.
- Collaborate with merchandising and partner management teams to execute sell-in strategies tailored to the marketplace.
- Manage end-to-end inventory health for your assigned portfolio, ensuring optimal marketplace outcomes and product availability.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform planning and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to long-term strategy development and support central reporting and marketplace analysis efforts.
- Effectively communicate and advocate for assortment strategies to stakeholders with clear and compelling storytelling.
- Foster alignment across functions to ensure smooth execution of plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in retail financial planning or a related role, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to solve complex business challenges and adapt plans to evolving circumstances.
- Deep understanding of key metrics like sales, inventory, and profitability, with a proven ability to balance trade-offs effectively.
- Experience in statistical modeling and advanced analytics to guide planning and decisions.
- Adept at identifying risks and opportunities and providing actionable recommendations.
- Strong awareness of market trends, product lifecycles, and consumer behavior, ensuring plans meet consumer needs and business priorities.
Salary Benefits:
