Financial & Accounting Administrator

What will you do?
- Issuing, sending, and managing invoices
- Reviewing sales orders and preparing corresponding sales invoices
- Liaising with the sales and logistics teams regarding invoicing matters
- Monitoring and managing sales invoice deposit records
- Recording and processing purchase invoices
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports
- Assisting with various corporate administrative tasks
Requirements:
Who are you?
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch or Korean is an advantage
- Experienced with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available for full-time employment (40 hours per week)
- You live in Amsterdam region
Salary Benefits:
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- This is a long term position
- The salary is between EUR 4000 - EUR 4500 per month gross, based on full time (the salary is depending on work experience and education)
- Our client offers an initial one-year employment contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
- Work Location: On-site at our Amsterdam office for the initial three months. Thereafter, one remote workday per week is permitted.
