Performance Marketer

To support users in discovering how bunq can enhance their financial lives, we're looking for a dedicated Performance Marketer to join our team.As a Performance Marketer you will spread the word about bunq’s unique offerings to help users understand the benefits of becoming a member. You’ll manage marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, to achieve high reach and click-through rates.

Take Ownership

As the owner of Performance Marketing, you’ll convert clicks and engagement into completed account registrations by:

• Clarifying Benefits: Leverage bunq’s unique value proposition, plans and features that resonate with users to encourage membership.
• Consistent Messaging: Ensure our communications are clear and relatable across the funnel to our audience.
• Targeted Presence: Utilize paid online channels to reach users on the platforms they use, at the right moment.
• Impact Measurement: Analyze the quality of impressions and conversions to discover which platforms and strategies work best.

Requirements:

• You have proven skills in managing marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other performance marketing channels
• You know how to analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies that drive conversion
• You have deep expertise in managing and allocating large marketing budgets to minimize cost and maximize performance
• You’re an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
