As Insurance Claims Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and high-quality claims handling between our client’s operations in the Netherlands and Germany. Reporting to the management team, you will oversee claims processes, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for claims handling operations, fostering strong partnerships and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Evaluate and optimize claims processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies consistent with Dutch operations, promoting transparency and fairness.
- Strategize and manage large claims, assessing financial impact and aligning decisions with business objectives.
- Oversee budgets, mandates, and payments to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

- 5+ years of experience in German insurance, with a focus on claims handling.
- Strong knowledge of German law and regulations.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Relevant insurance qualifications.
- Willingness to commute between Germany and the Netherlands.
