Corporate Paralegal | Temporary

The Corporate Legal Specialist will support the regional legal team in overseeing corporate compliance and governance for subsidiaries across Europe. This is a temporary position available until June 2025, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the setup and development of the department.As a Corporate Legal Specialist, you will be involved in:

• Handling requests related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance for subsidiaries.
• Supporting corporate governance activities for European subsidiaries, including document coordination, managing formalities like notarization and legalization, and maintaining corporate databases.
• Upholding the company's values and team spirit in all interactions and responsibilities.

Requirements:

Who are you?

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate or Business Law.
• Skills: Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a high standard of ethics and integrity.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required.
• Personality: Flexible, dependable, and able to perform under pressure.
• Location: You must have a valid work permit and reside in the Netherlands.
