Supply Chain Lifecycle Manager | Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking a Senior Associate Supply Chain to support the commercialization and lifecycle management of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely implementation of product launches, regulatory variations, and other supply chain activities to ensure the seamless availability of medicines worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and implement product launches, regulatory variations (CMC & Labeling), and other lifecycle management activities for products packaged.
- Facilitate Product Life Cycle Team (PLT) meetings, ensuring all input is received, pre-read materials are prepared, and action items are coordinated.
- Maintain and update the Change Control Management System to ensure compliance with launch and variation execution requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, RA, Production, Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to Supply Chain projects related to SKU management, pack configuration, and process optimization.
- Provide supply chain input to the end-to-end overall project plan to meet implementation goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in site commercialization activities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Tableau, and digital process tools.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
