Supply Chain Operational Excellence Coordinator

Our client is seeking a driven and innovative Operational Excellence Coordinator to lead and support key projects within the Global Distribution Hub. This role focuses on improving productivity, leveraging data-driven insights, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to enhance our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute projects that align with the operational excellence strategy.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and visualization tools to support decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to solve problems and optimize processes.
- Support and mentor project teams in applying lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience (e.g. project management).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in international environments and knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
