Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing & Compliance Associate to join their operational excellence team, focusing on compliance within manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead investigations, assess risks, and ensure documentation and process adherence to maintain regulatory compliance and support operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support investigations into manufacturing deviations to uphold compliance standards.
  • Conduct risk evaluations and implement corrective measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Manage documentation systems to ensure process accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Assist in resolving material-related challenges to maintain seamless operations.
  • Contribute to product complaint assessments with a focus on manufacturing controls.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance processes and ensure adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide training and mentorship to ensure team alignment with compliance protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a compliance or improvement focus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision in addressing compliance requirements.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher is a plus.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus (e.g. pharma, food, cosmetics).
