• Lead the design and implementation of solutions for EUDR compliance across all brands.




• Ensure efficient validation of product heritage and support franchisee compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Step 1:

• Collaborate with local brands to define requirements for EUDR-compliant products.




• Work with IT to translate requirements into effective designs.




• Evaluate market IT solutions for EUDR.




• Create a control framework to manage EUDR risks post-launch.




• Provide support for franchisees' due diligence statements.




• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for approval.

Step 2:

• Coordinate with IT on solution build, testing, and rollout.




• Collaborate with local banners to accept and implement IT solutions.




• Facilitate EUDR compliance for individual franchisees.




• Organize hyper care support post-implementation.

Step 3

• Develop a temporary manual backup solution pre-launch if IT solutions aren't ready.

* Established network across various European banners and functions.
* Proven ability to design and implement pragmatic, flexible process solutions.
* Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
