Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with both existing and prospective clients in France, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Market Opportunity Exploration: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on expanding the company's footprint in the French automotive sector.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Lead commercial discussions with clients, skillfully negotiating pricing and terms to secure deals that align with the company's growth ambitions.
  • Sales Performance: Take ownership of achieving revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as marketing and procurement to deliver a cohesive customer experience and drive business success.
  • Reporting and Strategic Insights: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies, capitalize on opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Sales, International Business, or a related field
  • You are fluent in French at a C2 level
  • You have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the e-commerce or automotive sector.
  • You are highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
  • You enjoy working within an international team
  • You live in the area of Waalwijk
