* First point of contact for residents (offline and online);
* Focus on resident satisfaction, continuously improving this;
* Give orders for warranty and repair requests to FM service provider;
* Daily monitoring of the follow-up of open tickets and consultation with FM service provider about this;
* Communication with residents on progress of tickets;
* Monitor household regulations towards residents;
* Operational management of service contracts (cleaning, landscaping);
* App content management;
* Rental activities;
* Community building, organize events and activities;

Requirements:
