Our client is a global player in the optical field specializing in medical devices and supplying medical equipment to hospitals, specialists, and optometrists. On behalf of them, we are looking for a Business Analyst to optimize our service administration. 

The job in a nutshell:
The main responsibility of this role is analyzing customer service activities, creating performance reports, and developing KPIs and dashboards to improve service levels and financial outcomes. Based at European headquarters in Capelle aan den IJssel, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and enhance operational processes. They offer customer service through in-house centers in the Netherlands and Spain, as well as on-site support across Europe.

Requirements:

  • HBO-level education (Business or IT)
  • 2-5 years of experience in analyzing customer service processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
