Professional Cleaner (part-time 20-25 hrs/week, €16.37/hr)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and workspaces according to company standards
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal
• Handle basic maintenance tasks, including reporting any facility issues
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Adhere to specific cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated time frames
• Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Implement cross-contamination prevention measures during cleaning activities
• Listen to clients' requirements closely and pay attention to details to meet their cleaning needs
• Create a welcoming and tidy environment for clients, employees, and associates by delivering sparkling clean spaces

Requirements:

• Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week
• Experience: Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a requirement
• Language: Must be fluent in English; Dutch speaking is an additional asset
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Independence: Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently and independently

Salary Benefits:

• Competitive gross hourly wage, €16,37
• 8% holiday pay, 26 holiday days with full-time employment and an extra day off on your birthday
