Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supply Chain Specialist to play a pivotal role in achieving their goal of becoming the most trusted partner in their industry. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure the smooth functioning of supply chain processes, including inbound logistics, inventory management, and purchasing. Key Responsibilities
Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and manufacturing teams to maintain a stable supply of security and medical cameras, NVRs, and accessories.Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics flow between suppliers, warehouses, and customers, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.Inventory Management: Define inventory parameters, monitor stock availability, and execute replenishment runs to maintain optimal stock levels.Discrepancy Resolution: Analyse inventory discrepancies and stagnant stock, implementing corrective actions as required.Performance Analysis: Prepare reports on logistics, inventory, and supplier performance using key metrics to guide decision-making.Process Improvement: Work on enhancing supply chain efficiency through initiatives such as:Reducing inbound damages.Standardizing and documenting business processes.Translating business needs into BI dashboard designs.Participating in global projects for end-to-end traceability improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a start-up, operations, logistics, or supply chain management role.Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.Excellent English, both written and spoken.Valid Driver’s License (Category B) to visit warehouses and 3PL providers.Strong analytical mindset with experience in process design and implementation.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Excel, and PowerBI; knowledge of Jira, Salesforce, and other Microsoft tools is a plus.Project management skills are highly desirable.Ability to adapt and respond quickly to challenges in a fast-growing environment.Flexible and team player
