Automotive Mechanic

Requirements for the role include:

• You have at least 1-5 years of relevant experience with maintaining and repairing vehicles (diesel or petroleum/gasoline, heavy duty);
• You have a technical diploma (related to diesel mechanics or automotive);
• You have a valid VCA (or are willing to get a VCA);
• You are fluent in English and Afrikaans/Dutch;
• You are willing to work in shifts;

What do we offer?

Contract wise:

· 1-year or 2-year contract of 40 hours per week (with potential of long-term employment).

· 25 paid holidays a year (+ potential ADV days)

· Public holidays, with a maximum of 7 per year, which are paid by Xelvin.

· Holiday allowance of 8.33% (instead of 8,0%) over your total gross annual income. Paid each year in May.

· Overtime and shift allowance will be paid by Xelvin accordingly.

· Travel allowance of €0,23 per km, for the use of travelling to work and back home.

·The salary will be in the range of €3000 - €3900 gross per month.
