Logistics Manager | French (C1) and Dutch (B2)

As a Logistics Manager you will manage the day-to-day logistics processes with 6 others. Other responsibilities include:

• Managing the logistics & RMA department (includes 10 people) in the Netherlands and France.
• Ensuring the optimization of logistics flows in the broadest sense
• Leading change processes
• Optimizing the business processes with the use of ERP/CRM/PIM systems
• Staying in contact with the external warehouse regarding:
  • storage of goods
  • returns of new products
  • correctness of stock
  • the sending of orders / correct delivery
  • delivery errors / shortcomings
• Travelling time-to-time to the warehouse in Moerdijk
• Staying in contact with carriers regarding:
  • timely delivery of orders
  • performance monitoring
• Being responsible for the return flows of goods from the customers back to the company regarding repairs

Requirements:

• HBO or university degree in logistics or equivalent
• You have experience in managing people
• Proven records of logistics experience
• Experience with MS office, in particular excel
• You can speak fluently French and English (at least C1 level) and Dutch (at least B2 level)
• You have great communication skills
• You are cooperative and can coordinate improve processes
• You are good at optimizing and standardizing work processes
• Note: this is NOT a hybrid position.
