Customer Service Representative | German

For our client in Weesp, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative German-speaking. You become part of a dynamic team and help them shape the future in Germany. They value teamwork, creativity, and customer satisfaction. With your customer service and sales talent, you will support the customers with questions and ensure an unforgettable experience with the customer service team. You will support the webshop and concept store with questions and orders for furniture and accessories for babies' and children's rooms. 
Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
• Processing orders and returns in the system
• Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
• Supporting the maintenance of product information and descriptions
• Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail
• Business fluent in German (C1/2 level) and English; speaking Dutch is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office programs

Salary Benefits:

• Full-time position 40 hours per week; working part-time, minimum 24 hours is also possible. 
• The salary indication, depending on experience, is between EUR 2400 and 3000 gross per month gross excluding 8% holiday allowance, based on full-time 40 hours per week.
• The first months will be 100% onsite due to the training and onboarding. After the training, you can work one day per week from home.
• There will be traveling to Germany for the training (3 days), and occasionally some travel to the concept stores in the Netherlands and Germany.

Our client designs and produces furniture, accessories, and toys for nurseries and children's rooms. They have online stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and the UK, and some concept stores.
