What do you do on a daily basis?

  • Offer administrative and sales assistance to the Account Manager and/or Sales Manager;
  • Assists with daily inquiries and concerns regarding sales;
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings;
  • Regularly utilizes ERP systems specific to the logistics industry;
  • Contributes to resolving disputes with pricers and back-offices;
  • Aids in identifying root causes of issues;
  • Manage all customer quotation requests (and those from account managers);
  • Follow up on quotations promptly;
  • Maintains accurate records of quotations.

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with French being desirable;
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, CRM software, and logistics industry softwares;
  • Effective communication abilities;
  • Customer-centric approach and achievement-oriented mindset;
  • Skilled in relationship building and collaboration;
  • Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities;
  • Possesses adequate knowledge of the company's products;
  • Prioritization and time management skills;
  • Adaptable to multitasking and shifting priorities;
  • Compliance with company policies and protocols.

Salary Benefits:

  • A salary between 2.500 and 4.000 euros per month, based on experience;
