Sales Support Officer | Maritime

What do you do on a daily basis?
- Offer administrative and sales assistance to the Account Manager and/or Sales Manager;
- Assists with daily inquiries and concerns regarding sales;
- Participate in weekly sales meetings;
- Regularly utilizes ERP systems specific to the logistics industry;
- Contributes to resolving disputes with pricers and back-offices;
- Aids in identifying root causes of issues;
- Manage all customer quotation requests (and those from account managers);
- Follow up on quotations promptly;
- Maintains accurate records of quotations.
Requirements:
Who are you?
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with French being desirable;
- Familiarity with MS Office suite, CRM software, and logistics industry softwares;
- Effective communication abilities;
- Customer-centric approach and achievement-oriented mindset;
- Skilled in relationship building and collaboration;
- Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities;
- Possesses adequate knowledge of the company's products;
- Prioritization and time management skills;
- Adaptable to multitasking and shifting priorities;
- Compliance with company policies and protocols.
Salary Benefits:

- A salary between 2.500 and 4.000 euros per month, based on experience;
