We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic customer service team. This role involves working closely with both new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions and offers based on the company's premium products. You will collaborate with your outside sales colleagues and engage directly with clients to deliver specialized applications that align with their needs. This position requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both new and existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Develop customized solutions for customers using the company's premium product offerings.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams and customers to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects.
  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and deliver solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Organize and manage deadlines, working with external suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, focusing on meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Participate in regular performance meetings and work closely with management to ensure the highest levels of service and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • To be considered for this role, C2-level proficiency in French is mandatory. Please note that only candidates meeting this language requirement will be considered. Additionally, proficiency in English is required. A basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not essential. 
  • Experience in inside sales or a customer service-focused role, ideally within a technical or industrial sector.
  • A higher vocational education (HBO) level or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, inquisitive attitude, eager to explore new business opportunities and technical solutions.
  • Experience in collaborating within a multicultural and multilingual team.
