Invoicing Officer | Temporary

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE SCHEDULED TO CONCLUDE AT THE END OF 2024 !
The Invoicing Officer will handle auto freighting, conduct audits, and ensure the accurate and timely issuance of invoices. Responsibilities include monitoring Not Invoiced Freight (NIF) and DDSM To Be Invoiced (TBI) amounts, while adhering to all Group processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Freight Invoicing:
- Generate Booking at risk reports and perform Auto freighting post-vessel departure.
- Review and apply Manual charges from booking remarks.
- Conduct Audit Checks and manage exceptions.
- Invoice Cross Payments and maintain Customer invoicing profiles.
- Issue and send invoices and credit notes.
- Analyze delays in invoices and credit notes.
DDSM Invoicing:
- Monitor and clear errors in To Be Invoiced DDSM amounts.
- Maintain Customer invoicing profiles and handle DDSM invoicing.
- Invoice transferred DDSM charges and address delays.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within Customer Service/Customer Care.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and management.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and stress management capabilities.
