The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver technical training and post-deployment support to customers.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and identify opportunities for enhancing their experience.
  • This position would require some international travel
  • Experience in account management or customer relations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance during product setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively, leveraging an advanced technical skill set.
  • Contribute to technical solutions and improvements, working closely with engineering teams.
  • Possess a deep understanding of system architecture and configuration, capable of assembling and optimizing complex systems with minimal guidance.

Requirements:

Education Qualification & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor Degree (minimum)
  • Functional knowledge of the products
  • Experience in Account management or Customer relations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations
  • Special interest in the aviation sector
