Apply Now!As the portfolio manager, you will support and oversee the Strategic Portfolio & Governance Team's activities and projects for one year. The team's mission involves co-building and consolidating the strategic portfolio, designing, and improving the framework and governance, steering the portfolio to deliver, and supporting quality for in vivo (clinical, animal) studies.

• Governance Management: Increase portfolio management and governance maturity level. This involves documenting governance, implementing governance structures, and improving governance processes.




• Project Delivery : Drive the delivery of priority programs through engagement with all teams. This includes reporting on program status and identifying and escalating issues and risks.




• Data Management (project database management) : Ensure the portfolio is up-to-date and accurate. This involves checking data accuracy, ensuring all Key Deliverables are in the system, and providing relevant insights to stakeholders.




• Quality Management: Support the robustness of Quality Systems. Ensure training compliance and AR database updates.

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for 12 months
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this.

• Salary will be around €6500 - €7500 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;




• 30 annual leave days;




• Travel expenses will be covered;




• Pension plan.

Requirements:

* Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
* Proven experience in project management, and management of external partners;
* Proven experience in project management and governance;
* Strong understanding of portfolio management;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Ability to identify and escalate issues and risks;
* Experience in data management and providing insights from data;
* Strong team collaboration skills and experience in managing team dynamics.
