Who are we looking for?
You will act as a Sales Support Specialist for the DACH market. You will collaborate with the Sales Support team in the Netherlands and focus on German-speaking clients (and other countries when your colleagues are on holiday).
Furthermore, as a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition process, from calculating projects to providing prospects with essential information. You will also coordinate incoming leads and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.Once the sale is complete, you will handle incoming orders and collaborate with project management colleagues to transfer project information and documentation into the ERP system. You will also ensure that the project file is complete and ready for the Project Delivery team to take over.
You're someone who can handle multiple projects at once, and you're not afraid to ask questions or say no when needed. You also have excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to business calls, and you have a friendly and approachable attitude towards both customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
Here is what we're looking for:
- If you've got at least 5+ years of experience as a sales support employee then we want to hear from you! Not 5, but less years of sales support experience? Try applying anyway!
- We are looking for someone who speaks German on C2 level and English fluently.
- You're good at making calculations.
- You live near Eindhoven.
- We're looking for someone who's full of energy and enthusiasm and has a higher vocational education level.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Navision and Microsoft Office, especially Excel!
