Executive Personal Assistant

Our client in the executive services industry is looking for a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support their CEO in enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong command of the English language, and valuable international experience to facilitate seamless coordination across diverse contexts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Oversee internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails, letters, and reports with impeccable grammar and clarity.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects, presentations, or meetings, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Provide administrative support, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Occasionally handle personal matters and manage family-related administrative tasks as required.
- Occasionally travel with the CEO on international business trips across Europe and the Middle East.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a CEO Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- International experience preferred, with a cultural understanding and ability to navigate global contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team when necessary.
- Flexibility and ability to work outside of standard business hours as may be required.
