Customer Support Specialist | English | Immediataly available

For one of our international clients in Hoofddorp, we are currently seeking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. Our client is a producer and provider of merchandising, security and IoT solutions, and in the role as a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure a great customer experience, ongoing satisfaction, and exceptional order management for the EMEA market.

This is a temporary position for approx. 6 months, and you will be offered a contract through us, Adams Multilingual Recruitment. At the end of the assignment, there is an opportunity to be offered a direct contract with our client. 

In this role, you will be in charge of:

• Order management: processing orders, providing price information, determine appropriate shipping methods and ship dates
• Manage incoming requests, create proposals, and complete quotes.
• Check stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain team
• Inventory management and on-time and in full delivery of customer orders
• Build reports to help support business objectives, e.g. back order, customer complaint, etc.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, and when problems occur, solve these.
• Provide technical troubleshooting via phone and coordinate field calls via service partner.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience of customer service, order management, and/or account management
• You are fluent in English. If you speak German, that is a big plus!
• You have experience of working for a company that produces its own products, and working with technical products
• You are also a person who enjoy providing excellent customer service, who are proactive and has an analytical mindset
