For a big energy company in Amsterdam, we are looking for a business analyst for a 4 week assignment!

The company is implementing a new digital setup for managing all digital demands. To streamline the process of refinement and supply intake, a tool named Alfabet has been introduced as the central repository for tracking all demands, regardless of their status. The consultant will be responsible for consolidating information from disparate sources and ingesting it into Alfabet.


  • Ensure that every demand is registered and updated with the latest information in Alfabet;

  • replacing the previous systems where demands were tracked in various forms by different individuals;

  • Create a single, comprehensive overview of all digital demands;

  • Analyse information from static files;

  • Engage with specific demand requestors and supply-side managers to acquire any missing information;

  • The final deliverable will be a complete list of all digital demands, along with the updated current state of each demand's delivery. This list will serve as the authoritative source for demand overview and status tracking.

A great full-time 4 weeks assignment in Amsterdam, for the whole month of August. Hybrid working is possible.You can either work as a ZZP or on a flex contract via us, in which case an attractive salary applies.

Requirements:

* Strong skills in business information analysis and consolidation;
* Experienced in gathering information;
* Adept at quickly learning new applications' functionalities;
* Efficient in managing data;
* Fluency in Dutch is a big plus;
* Experience in similar digital transformation projects would be a big plus.
