What will you do?
You will serve as the primary point of contact for international businesses within your assigned country market, assisting them in organizing their participation in the annual Trade Show.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 400 exhibitors, from small to multinational companies.
- Ensure participating companies meet our eligibility criteria.
- Accurately handle digital registration forms.
- Engage with international exhibitors, pavilion organizers, and internal/external stakeholders through phone and email.
- Process invoices and oversee payment procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
On-Site Trade Show Coordination: Supervise check-in registration, liaise with pavilion organizers, and connect with new exhibitors during the event.
Requirements:
Who are you?
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years in relevant (similar) administrative and commercial roles.
- MBO (post-secondary vocational education) level.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrates a strong customer-service mindset, resilience under pressure, and the ability to adapt and remain flexible.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software as required.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
Salary Benefits:
- This is a long term position
- Start: ASAP
- The salary is EUR 2850 gross per month, based on 37.5 working hours per week (Monday - Friday)
- 8% holiday money
- Between February 2025 until June 2025 - 100% onsite working. After this period, hybrid work can be discussed.
- Please note: The first contract will be via Undutchables. The contract offers the potential for extension based on performance, with the possibility of transitioning to a direct contract with the company.
