As Assistant Office Manager, you are the hotel's face, ensuring a warm welcome for guests. You support daily operations, lead the Front Office team, and oversee check-ins, check-outs, and guest services. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, complaints, messages, and calls, coordinating sales, maintaining a presentable workspace, and driving improvements. You also conduct interviews, assist staff, and manage registration, invoicing, and administration. 
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize daily operations within the Front Office.
  • Ensure a hospitable welcome and excellent service throughout the guest's stay.
  • Lead and coach the team, including interns.
  • Handle reservations, invoicing, and administrative processes.
  • Implement and provide brand and service training for employees.

What do you bring to the table?

You are service-oriented and a strong communicator, allowing you to interact pleasantly with both guests and colleagues. You have solid leadership skills and know how to bring structure to a dynamic work environment. You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and capable of setting priorities. Additionally, you possess strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, experience with large hotel chains such as Marriott or Hilton is a must

  • Business level of English. Dutch is a plus.
  • 2 -3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership skills and experience in team coaching.
