Your job as Executive Assistant
In this role, you will support the European Senior Leaders within an international organization by managing daily activities such as their schedules, travel arrangements, and special projects. You will ensure the seamless execution of administrative tasks, communication, and coordination across teams and departments. Organizing events, calendar management, and processing correspondence are also part of your responsibilities. Acting as a trusted and discreet partner to the Senior Leaders, you will contribute to an efficient and productive work environment. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- coordinate and plan appointments, meetings, and events.
- organize travel, including bookings, visas, and expense processing.
- distribute and proofread communications, such as presentations and newsletters.
- provide support for ad hoc projects and tasks.

What do you bring to the table?
You are an organizational talent who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. With your attention to detail and strong communication skills, you ensure everything runs smoothly. Discretion and the ability to make independent decisions are essential for this role. Furthermore, you have:
- fluency in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
- minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supporting role at senior level.
- excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
