Compounder (Production) | Fragrance Industry

As a part of the 10-person production team, the compounder (perfume preparer) takes care of the last stage of the production process through the use of highly automated process equipment. You are tasked with manually combining partial batches of industrial fragrances and mixing them until they are ready for delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Mixing and weighing raw materials;
- Taking samples for quality control;
- Working according to recipes, procedures and regulations, where quality and safety are first priority;
- Using a variety of weighing and operating equipment;
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in production or machine operation - or related work experience
- Fluent English and a minimum of B1 Dutch - or plans to reach this level in the near future!
- Detail-orientated, precise, and focused
- Independent, responsible, and hard worker
- Good sense of humor, team worker, and positive mindset
- Aptitude for the computer and machinery
- Ability to handle physical work (carrying goods with the assistance of equipment; batches can be around 25kg on average)
- Understanding of Dutch safety regulations is a plus
- Located in the Almere/Amsterdam area and has a work permit for the Netherlands (no sponsorship possible)
Salary Benefits:
- Start is ASAP
- 40 hours a week - standard schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00.
