The Team
Within the Supply Planning, our mission is to ensure on-time + high availability levels of supply. The team serves as the backbone of the department, collaborating closely with vendors/factories/global and regional teams to drive on-time delivery/arrival and availability of supply. 
The Position
As a Supply Coordinator, you will handle: PO maintenance, system/data updates, and global/regional data requests, which is vital for our key KPI's: PO data accuracy, reporting consistency and accuracy. Your work will be key to delivering our product on time, with the most accurate planning and will support the Supply Planning department’s success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbounding, acting on possible delays by changing, shipping mode, negotiating with vendors about freight terms in case of delays, and informing stakeholders when changes occur.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders and inbound master files including calculations on OTA level (On Time Availability), and all additional relevant information regarding production (e.g. reasons for delay and current situation), and update systems (e.g. GT Nexus, VMS, SAP).
  • Generate inbound report summarizing highlights of the master file and distribute to relevant stakeholders (Management, Buying & Planning).
  • Maintain close relationships with vendors, assist with operational tasks where needed, monitoring tasks to ensure they are performed correctly (e.g. creating shipment bookings), and assist / remind vendors to ensure on time delivery.
  • Manage over- and under shipment, assessing whether deviance can be accepted and negotiating with vendors regarding replenishment (up till ordered amount) and discounts.
  • Monitor system versus actuals regarding shipment status, ensuring shipments from vendor to consolidator (At Consolidator Date) are realised, acting on possible discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • High level of accuracy
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Able to work under pressure with deadlines
  • High sense of supportiveness to team members
  • Excellent PC knowledge: Excel (SAP is advantage)
