Accounts Payable Representative

As the Accounts Payable Representative, you will play a key role within the Finance department, handling a range of administrative and accounting responsibilities:
- Managing incoming invoices and processing them through both our ERP system and online financial platforms.
- Preparing payment runs for vendors.
- Assisting the CFO and Assistant Controller with various ongoing and ad hoc responsibilities.
- Carrying out a range of accounting and bookkeeping duties.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure the best possible support for our internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Professional proficiency in English
- Trustworthiness and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A degree in Business Administration or Accounting (MBO level) or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and an approachable personality.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- A sense of accountability and pride in your work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- You live at a commutable distance from Nijmegen
- You are available 40 hours a week
- You have a valid working permit
