Order Fulfillment Coordinator | English

To ensure that their customers’ orders are processed, scheduled, monitored, and fulfilled accurately and in a timely way, one of clients located close to Hoofddorp is looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinators to join their team.

In this role, you will look at the order process and delivery from a holistic point of view and communicate internally with different teams to stay up to date on order statuses, track shipments, deliveries, and backlog activities to ensure successful order deliveries as well as an excellent customer experience. 

In this role, you will:

• Track and report concerns and/or cause of order processing delays
• Facilitate scheduling of orders and resolve issues
• Review order status and pick orders timely to meet on time delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders will ship on time, as well as communicate with internal teams on any issues in meeting customer expectations.
• Follow up on the shipment status and ensured that orders are invoiced accordingly

As the workload in this role can be high, you need to be able to prioritize your responsibilities and work independently and proactively to manage your tasks and time effectively. 

You are a match for this position if you:

• You have 1+ years of experience of working with Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Sales Support and/or Customer Support
• You are fluent in English
• You have experience of working with Excel in prior position
• You are a team player who enjoys working independently  
• You are based in the Netherlands
• You are available on short notice
