Senior Brand Operations Executive

Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated team player to help them drive clarity and enable great work with their Brand Marketing partners. They are problem solvers and innovative thinkers. They obsess over elevating their Brand through efficiencies, rigor, and team collaborations across our Consumer x Field of Play (CFoP) offense. They are the operating system of the marketing team.
What you will work on:
- Marketing Process Leadership: Support the adherence, governance, and innovation of our client's Marketing Code process, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Financial Accountability: Drive financial excellence and accountability for the Consumer x Field of Play budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Project Management: Implement best practices in project management, develop work-back schedules, monitor campaign progress, and identify challenges and risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with EMEA Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure all processes are executed flawlessly, with oversight into project statuses and risks.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across the brand marketing and business matrix, contributing to the team's strategy for continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Represent sub-functional seasonal marketing initiatives in planning and ensure they are appropriately resourced.
- Automation and Digitization: Support and participate in automation and digitization efforts through the use of tools and technology.
Requirements:
What you bring:
- 5+ years of marketing and project management experience
- Code and/or Marketing Code familiarity
- Budget management acumen
- Tool understanding, e.g. AirTable, Excel, Keynote, Miro, SAP, Coupa
- Strong communication skills
- Athlete mindset
- Collaborative energy - work with different teams across Global/Geo/Country+City and Functions
- Self-starter approach - ability to lead, drive, finish, and follow through
- Patience, curiosity, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Solution-oriented
Salary Benefits:
This is a full-time position set to end in December 2025.The contract is run through Undutchables.
